Preschool Camp
Ages: 2.5 to 5 years old
Schedule: 1 or 2 or 3 days/week

Tutoring Handwriting Without Tears

Policies
Registration Fee
An $85.00 non-refundable fee is due upon registration along with a $100.00 deposit, to reserve your child’s spot for the upcoming camp year. Deposit will be applied to May tuition only. Student Supplies are due along with the first month's tuition in August.
If student leaves camp before the end of the camp year, a written notice (not e-mail) is due 60 days in advance. If written notice is not received 60 days in advance, any prepaid tuition will not be refunded.
Arrival and Departure
Camp starts and ends promptly at assigned times.
Tuition Due Date
The first tuition payment is due August 1st. Tuition is due on the 1st of each month. A $10.00 late charge is added to tuition, after the 5th of the month.
Make up camp
No make up days are offered. If you have a child who only comes on a 1 or 2 day schedule, makeup days are not available. This disrupts the lesson plans and the regular flow of grouping children in teaching circles.
Sick Policy
Please e-mail a sick notice if your child will not be attending. Please DO NOT bring a child to school with a fever or runny nose.
Late Pick-Up
This is not in addition to or the same as the extended care program. Parents early dropping off or late picking up children will be charged:
15 min. to 1 hour = $15.00 EACH TIME..........sorry no exceptions
Extended Care
This is a weekly program that you can sign your child up for on a 5 month basis. The service offers extended social and play time and a gymnastics program every other week through Dizzy's Tumble Bus. The fee is $225 for 5 months. A great time and a great deal!
